Returns/Exchange Policy

At SeauxFitt’d, we stand behind the quality of our headwear. Please note that All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or damaged products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a resolution. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  1. The product must be unworn and unused.

  2. Must provide clear photos and/or videos of the defect and include you order number when contacting us at seauxfittd@gmail.com.

Once your claim is approved, you may receive a replacement product or a refund. In certain cases, we may request that the defective item be shipped back to us for further inspection.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 days and are delivered within 5-7 days.
